Synopsis
A robotic boy, David, the first programmed to love, is adopted as a test case by a Cybertronics employee and his wife. Though he gradually becomes their child, a series of unexpected circumstances make this life impossible for David. Without final acceptance by humans or machines, David embarks on a journey to discover where he truly belongs, uncovering a world in which the line between robot and machine is both vast and profoundly thin.

My thoughts
This movie is one of the strangest movies I have ever seen.
And I'm saying this as someone who's watched some seriously messed up shit. This isn't some gore-fest but it's just weird.
It made me feel indescribable feelings. Almost every emotion ever. It was hauntingly beautiful, creepy at times, cute, and also
sad. One of the saddest movies ever. Even though it's one of my favourites, I don't think I'll rewatch it much. Maybe in ten years time.
